Tyde at Walnut Beach Wedding: Bianca & Dominic’s Night on the Sound
Some couples pick a few songs and let the night happen. Bianca and Dominic planned theirs down to the second. On August 22, 2026, the newly announced Mr. & Mrs. Dominic and Bianca Coppola celebrated their Tyde at Walnut Beach wedding in Milford, Connecticut, and Mystical Entertainment Group brought the wedding entertainment up the shoreline from New Jersey. It’s the kind of Connecticut wedding where the details are the whole story — a timed entrance, a mother-son dance with three cues, a live-built Italian cake and a last song they picked months out.
A Milford, CT Wedding on Long Island Sound
Tyde at Walnut Beach sits right on the edge of Long Island Sound at Walnut Beach in Milford. Between the outdoor courtyard, the rooftop terrace and a ballroom built for dancing, it’s a room that already has a feeling before anybody touches a light.
Bianca asked for light blue or white in the lighting — whatever fit the room and the ambiance best. That’s the right call for a beach venue. You don’t fight the water views, you work with them.
Grand Entrance, First Dance and Parent Dance Songs
This is where Bianca and Dominic really showed up. Every big moment had a song, and most had a plan for exactly when things should happen inside that song.
The grand entrance song: “A Sky Full of Stars.” Before the couple came in, the room met the people who got them here. Bianca’s parents walked in to “Be My Lover” (Club Mix) by La Bouche, Dominic’s parents to “Ants Marching” by Dave Matthews Band, and Bianca’s Nonna Antonietta came in as the “Flower Nonna,” escorted by her cousin Domenic. All seven wedding party couples followed to “Sweet Lovin’” by Sigala and Bryn Christopher. Then the grand entrance song: Bianca and Dominic came out on the second beat drop of Coldplay’s “A Sky Full of Stars,” around 2:49. The bridal party joined them, then the whole room, and everyone danced the song out together before going straight into the first dance.
The first dance song: “Iris.” “Iris” by The Goo Goo Dolls, start to finish. No fade, no cut. When a couple wants the entire song, we give them the entire song — it’s their first dance, and the room can wait four and a half minutes.
The father-daughter dance: “You’ll Be In My Heart.” Bianca danced with her dad, Antonio, to “You’ll Be In My Heart” by Phil Collins, the whole song. It’s a great father-daughter dance pick because it says what a dad wants to say without anybody having to give a speech.
The mother-son dance: “Forever Young.” Dominic danced with his mom, Carissa, to “Forever Young” by Rod Stewart, and this one had choreography. At the 1:10 mark, Michael invited Dominic’s dad, Brian, out to join them. At 2:00, the floor opened to everyone so Carissa could dance with the whole room. That’s a mother-son dance built with real thought behind it.
Here’s the thing about a night like this: those timestamps only work if the MC and DJ are locked in together. That’s what we mean by protecting the must-hit moments — nobody in the room should see the work, they should just feel it land.
What They Booked: The Mystical Stellar Wedding Package
Bianca and Dominic booked our Mystical Stellar Wedding Package — you can see how our wedding packages are put together here. From there, they chose the pieces that fit how they wanted the night to look and feel.
None of these are add-ons for the sake of add-ons. The extra lighting heads are what turn a dance floor into a dance floor — if you’re wondering how that differs from uplighting, here’s the difference between intelligent lighting and uplighting. The monogram and the clouds dress the big moments, and the booth gives guests something to walk out with.
The Flow: Italian Hour, Cake and the Last Song
Eva and Lance, the maid of honor and best man, gave the toasts. Then came one of my favorite requests of the year. Their cake was a traditional millefoglie, assembled live in front of the guests, and Bianca asked for an “Italian Hour” of classic Italian hits while it came together. When it was time to actually cut and feed each other, Joey dropped “Pour Some Sugar on Me” by Def Leppard.
The bouquet toss went to “Steal My Girl” by One Direction, and the last song of the night had to be “Your Love” by The Outfield — Bianca was clear on that one. Planning that many moments is a lot. That’s the part we handle so you can actually enjoy your night. If you want that kind of planning for yours, grab a quote and we’ll talk it through.
What NJ, NY and Connecticut Couples Can Take From This Wedding
First, write down the details that are on your mind, even the small ones. Bianca told us twice about the 2:49 entrance — and that’s exactly the kind of note that makes a great night. If you’re just starting, our guide to planning your wedding music is a good place to begin.
Second, think about the transitions, not just the songs. The entrance rolling straight into the first dance, the Italian Hour leading into the cake cutting — the flow between moments is what keeps a room together. We work weddings across New Jersey and New York, and we travel for couples like Bianca and Dominic on the Connecticut shoreline.
Bianca and Dominic — congrats, and thank you for trusting us with a night you planned this carefully. If you’re planning your own, reach out and let’s talk about your date.
