Meetings are usually one room, one agenda — a town hall, board meeting, or all-hands. Workshops and seminars run multiple sessions, often in multiple rooms, across a longer day. This service is built for that: coordinated breakout AV, session timing, and keeping an audience engaged for hours instead of one sitting.
Can you run AV in multiple breakout rooms at once?
Yes. We equip and staff the main session and every breakout room, with one technical team coordinating all of them so sessions start on time and transitions stay smooth.
Can you record the sessions or stream them to remote employees?
Both. We record sessions for your internal training library and can live stream or simulcast so remote attendees see and hear the same thing the room does.
What size workshops do you produce?
Anything from a 30-person training room to a multi-room seminar with hundreds of attendees. The gear and crew scale to the venue — the standard doesn't change.
