Meet Joey

My name is Joe DeRosa known also as DeRo! I am a proud DJ here at Mystical Entertainment Group. I have been DJing for about 7 years now and perfecting my MCing skills with the tutelage of the team at Mystical Entertainment Group. I have an outgoing and personable personality that makes working with clients that much easier! I love to make people happy and what better way to do that than through music? I started my Djing journey when I was 18 years old in college. I was a part of Greek Life in college and got the house DJ position which showed me my love for DJing. As I progressed throughout college into the years after I met John he opened my doors completely. As I grew with Mystical I have seen myself grow with professionalism and attentiveness to detail. I am working with sweet sixteens, birthday parties, holiday events, and weddings!

As a team member of Mystical Entertainment Group, it is my job to provide the best party and time for the client. I love what I do and am so glad to be a part of such a great team and staff here at Mystical Entertainment Group!

We could not be happier with our experience using Mystical Entertainment Group for our wedding. I was most nervous about picking the perfect DJ for the wedding and I have absolutely no regrets. Joe was incredible. The dance floor was packed all night even with the summer heat. He executed my vision perfectly and was so fun and easy to work with. We also had Mario play the saxophone, which was amazing. He added so much to the energy on the dance floor. Guests had so many positive things to say about our wedding! Don’t hesitate to go with Joe! & if you’re considering a saxophonist, I’d highly recommend that too! One additional note - We really enjoyed the photobooth scrapbook we were given at the end of the night. We have had some great laughs going through it since our wedding.
